Intaglio is the comprehensive software combining the ability to design and print color code strip labels in the same high quality and durability for which Colorflex products are known. Intaglio works in units of jobs, each job consisting of one page design and one or more label designs. A page design is essentially the number of labels and their placement on a sheet of face stock and may include secondary elements, such as a department name or print date. A label design uses text, shape and bar code elements to create a snapshot of your data records. The property settings of design elements determine how, what, where and when to display an element as well whether is is displayed. Flat data becomes a dynamic display for effective Records Management.

There are several ways to work with Intaglio. A job may be completed in the process of creating a page and label design, or page and label templates may be designed and saved independently and imported into multiple jobs.
